Your Commitments:
-Non-negotiable daily practice min 1 x per day
-Attend Embodied Core Movement Classes
-Early is on time, on time is late.
-Only 1 schedule change per month
-If clients requests schedule change, I will accommodate where time permits.
-*Follow good Marco Polo etiquette
Good Marco Polo Etiquette:
-Messages on marco polo last 3 minutes max
-Leave text tiles next to the polos indicating the urgency, whether they are processing, brain dumping, or a question
-Jordana will respond within 12-24 hours
-Jordana will answer polos from 7 am -7pm PST Monday - Friday
